 1 1/2 cups homemade mayonnaise
 Plain yogurt1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dill pickle1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Celery1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Sweet red pepper1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Italian herbs1/2 Teaspoon, mixed
 Scallions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Turmeric1 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon

Directions

1. In a medium-sized bowl combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, dill pickle, celery, red pepper, parsley, herbs, scallions, and soy sauce. Mix well.
2. Mix the turmeric with the lemon juice and add to mayonnaise mixture. Cover and chill.
