Ingredients

 Oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Tabasco1 1/4 Teaspoon
 Cooked chicken3/4 Pound, chopped
 1 cup cooked small shrimp
 Cooked rice3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pancakes
 2 oz. cooked ham, cut in thin strips
 2 cucumber pickles, sliced

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add onion, garlic, and Tabasco and cook until onion is tender, but not brown.
Mix in chicken, shrimp, rice, and salt; heat thoroughly.
Turn mixture onto a heated large platter.
Garnish the edge with rolled pancake strips and then top with ham strips and pickle slices.
