Nasi Goreng Recipe

1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 1/4 teaspoons Tabasco
3/4 lb. cooked chicken, chopped

Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add onion, garlic, and Tabasco and cook until onion is tender, but not brown.
Mix in chicken, shrimp, rice, and salt; heat thoroughly.
Turn mixture onto a heated large platter.
Garnish the edge with rolled pancake strips and then top with ham strips and pickle slices.
