Nasi Goreng Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Tabasco | 1 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked chicken | 3/4 Pound, chopped | |
| 1 cup cooked small shrimp | ||
| Cooked rice | 3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pancakes | ||
| 2 oz. cooked ham, cut in thin strips | ||
| 2 cucumber pickles, sliced | ||
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add onion, garlic, and Tabasco and cook until onion is tender, but not brown.
Mix in chicken, shrimp, rice, and salt; heat thoroughly.
Turn mixture onto a heated large platter.
Garnish the edge with rolled pancake strips and then top with ham strips and pickle slices.
