Nasi Goreng Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 lb. onions, peeled and finely chopped
4 oz. (-1 cup) butter
1/2 lb. (1 cup) cooked pork or ham diced
2-3 tablespoons curry powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Small pinch of chili powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire or soy sauce
Few drops Tabasco sal
Directions
Heat half the remaining butter in the pan, add the onions and meat and heat together for a few minutes.
Add the curry powder and all the seasonings and stir over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining butter, rice and vegetables.
Stir all well together
