Ingredients

 300 g prawns, shelled, cleaned and deveined
 400 g okras, cut into 2-3 pieces
 Onions4 , chopped
 Turmeric powder1 Teaspoon
 2 cups coconut milk extracted from 1 large coconut
 Tamarind the size of a walnut infused in 6 tbsp Navsari vinegar
 Juice of 1 lime
 Rice flour
 Sugar2 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Ghee100 Gram
 5-7 green chillies seeded
 2 pods garlic
 Cumin powder4 Teaspoon (Grind together:)

Directions

Rub prawns with rice flour, salt and lime juice.
Wash well.
Heat- fat in a pan and fry onions till light brown.
Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add ground spices and turmeric and fry for one minute.
Add okras, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add coconut milk and simmer for a further 3-4 minutes.
Strain tamarind juice into pan, add sugar and salt and remove from fire.
Serve hot with rotlis, rice or khichdi.
