Mincemeat -1 pound
Onions-2 small, chopped
Green chilies-2, chopped
Green ginger-1/2 inch piece, scraped and chopped
Garlic -2 cloves, chopped
Salt- to taste
Cumin seeds -1 teaspoon
Garam masala-1 teaspoon
Besan-3 tablespoons
Green coriander -3 tablespoons, chopped
Eggs-6 large, hard cooked
Ghee- to fry
Garnishings and chutney of choice
Directions
GETTING READY
1)In a pan, heat ghee to smoking point.
MAKING
2)In a saucepan, boil first five ingredients. Remove and cool them.
3)Add the next five ingredients and grind them all together to make paste.
4)Coat the eggs with this mixture generously and deep fry them until golden.
SERVING
5)Serve hot with garnishings and a chutney of your choice.
