Spring Onion Nanking Sauce Recipe
Nanking Sauce was my family cook's signature dish, now that he's gone I have taken up the task of preparing it for the family. I never fail to eat Side Dish while dining out and this is the most common dish that I order. Fall in love with this Nanking Sauce recipe from the Chinese cuisine. Directions
Half cup minced scallion or Spring onions.
Use only white part.
1 cup chilli oil, 1 teaspoon crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons soya sauce, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 tablespoons sesame paste.
Mix all the seasonings together in a bowl, add minced scallion and make a sauce.
Use as dressing or dip.
