Directions
Method Of Preparation
Heat Oil And Add All Whole Spices.
Add Onion And Fry Till Golden
Add Nalli And Cook Till Browned And Seared Well.
Add The Ginger Garlic Paste, Red Chili Paste, Turmeric Powder And Salt And cook.
Add The Tomato Puree And Curd And Cook Well Till All The Water Dries Up And The Curd Looses Its Sourness.
Add Water And Seal The Container, Cook On Dum For 45 Min.
Remove The Lid And Finish The Gravy With Cream, Saffron, Kewra Mace And Gr. Elaichi Powder.
Serve Hot Garnished With Fried Onions.
