Nalley's Nachos Recipe
Ingredients
| NALLEY 'S Tortilla Chips - 1 packet | ||
| NALLEY®'S Jalapeno Peppers or NALLEY®'S Hot Chili Peppers - 4 tablespoons, diced | ||
| Olives - 1 can (4-ounce), sliced or chopped | ||
| Muenster or Jack cheese - 1/2 pound, shredded or sliced | ||
| Guacamole | ||
| Sour cream | ||
| Picante sauce or salsa | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F or start the broiler.
MAKING
2. On a oven proof serving platter, spread the tortilla chops in a single layer.
3. Sprinkle chopped peppers and olives over the chips.
4. Scatter the shredded cheese on top.
5. Bake in the oven or broil just until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
SERVING
6. Serve the Nachos immediately topped with guacamole, sour cream and picante sauce or salsa if you like.
