Nachos For Dinner Recipe
Ingredients
| Salsa | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fat | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 60 bite-sized baked tortilla chips | ||
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salsa | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Jalapeno | 3 Tablespoon, pickled | |
| 6 tablespoons fat-free sour cream | ||
| Cilantro | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine 1/3 cup salsa and beans in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 1 minute.
3. Arrange chips on an ovenproof platter or baking sheet. Spoon bean mixture over chips, sprinkle cheese evenly over bean mixture. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until cheese melts
