| Beans | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Pickled jalapefio pepper strips | ||
| 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese | ||
Directions
Place half the tortilla chips in large iron skillet.
Spoon half the beans over chips and arrange jalapeho strips on top.
Sprinkle with half the cheese.
Make a second layer with remaining ingredients.
Grill, on covered grill, over medium-hot briquets 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
