Ingredients

 
1 package (8 ounces) round tortilla chips
 
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
 
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained
 
1 can (3 1/4 ounces) pitted medium ripe olives, drained and sliced
 
1 jar (2 ounces) pimiento-stuffed green olives, drained and sliced
 
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Arrange about one-third of tortilla chips on a microwave-oven-safe glass platter. Sprinkle with about one-third of chopped onion, one-third of chopped green chilies, one-third of ripe and green olives and about one-third of cheese.
2. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 1 1/2 minutes at High, or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining chips, onion, chilies, olives and cheese.
