Nacho Casserole Supreme Recipe
Nacho Casserole Supreme love this for the flavor of ground beef with tortilla chips. This makes a perfect combination with corn chips and tortilla chips and can be prepared with ease.
Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Taco seasoning mix envelope | 1 | |
| Refried beans | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 4 To 5 Green Onions, Chopped (Green And White Parts), Divided | ||
| Green chilies | 1 Can (10oz), chopped | |
| 1 Jar (7 Ounces) Salsa | ||
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dairy Sour Cream, Guacamole Andor | ||
| Tortilla Chips Or Corn Chips, For Dipping | ||
Directions
In a large skillet, combine ground beef and taco seasoning, mix well.
Cook over medium heat until beef is browned, drain fat.
In 13x9x2-inch baking pan, make layers in this order: refried beans, cooked beef mixture, white part of green onions, chilies, salsa and cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 375-degree oven 25 minutes.
Before serving, top with green part of green onions and any desired combination of sour cream, guacamole and/or olives.
Serve warm dip with chips.
Note: If desired, use shredded Monterey Jack cheese to replace some or all of the shredded cheddar cheese.
