Nacho Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1/8 teaspoon saffron
6 ounces brandy
8 ounces Morbier cheese
8 ounces Port Salut cheese
4 ounces yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped mint
Directions
Cook saffron in brandy and reduce liquid to half.
Put cheeses and yogurt and the saffron-brandy mixture through a blender.
When mixed well, add chopped mint.
