Directions

GETTING READY
1. Grind sugar to a fine powder.

MAKING
2. In a medium wok, place sugar, gram flour, baking soda and water, mix to form a dough. Allow to set for 15 minutes.
3. Add ghee, and place on low flame. Continue cooking in low heat until all the bubbles disappear, stirring occasionally.
4. Pour the mixture onto a sieve, and remove the excess oil.
5. After half an hour, pour the mixture onto a plate, cut into 2 inch pieces, allow to cool.

SERVING
6. Serve as a dessert or as a snack.
