Directions
1. In a medium sized bowl, add in the oats.
2. In a pot, bring the water to a boil and pour over oats.
3. Cover the oats with a small plate and let it 'cook' for 10 minutes.
4. After 10 minutes, stir in the cinnamon, wheat germ, flax seed, banana, yogurt and pecans.
SERVING
5. Serve the bowl of oats with three egg whites, scrambled or boiled.
