My Favorite Quick Oysters Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 oysters per person | ||
| Bacon strip | 2 | |
| Green pepper | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Green onion | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Dash of dry white wine | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Shuck the oysters, and replace them on the half shell.
Wrap each oyster in a strip of bacon and place it in the shell.
Top each with 1 teaspoon green pepper and 1 teaspoon green onion, and add a dash of wine.
A bit of salt and pepper is what we need and we can begin to feed.
Broil these creatures for just a few moments until the bacon is hot and crunchy, and the oysters are tender, tender, tender.
