Muu Pad Tua Fak Yaw Recipe
Ingredients
| 250 g pork, with all the fat removed, thinly sliced into 1 cm strips | ||
| Vegetable oil | 30 Milliliter | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram, finely chopped | |
| Fish sauce | 20 Milliliter | |
| Oyster sauce | 15 Milliliter | |
| Black pepper powder | 5 Gram | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 200 g green beans, cut into 2.5 cm lengths | ||
| Vegetable stock | 45 Milliliter | |
Directions
Heat the oil in a wok or a deep frying pan.
Add the chopped garlic and saute briefly.
Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until the pork turns golden and is almost cooked.
Stir in the fish sauce and oyster sauce, the pepper and sugar.
Saute for a minute or two, then add the beans and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the vegetable stock and allow to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes to allow the gravy to thicken slightly.
Season if required.
Cook till the pork is thoroughly cooked.
Remove from heat and serve with steamed rice.
