Ingredients

 250 g pork, with all the fat removed, thinly sliced into 1 cm strips
 Vegetable oil30 Milliliter
 Garlic10 Gram, finely chopped
 Fish sauce20 Milliliter
 Oyster sauce15 Milliliter
 Black pepper powder5 Gram
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 200 g green beans, cut into 2.5 cm lengths
 Vegetable stock45 Milliliter

Directions

Heat the oil in a wok or a deep frying pan.
Add the chopped garlic and saute briefly.
Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until the pork turns golden and is almost cooked.
Stir in the fish sauce and oyster sauce, the pepper and sugar.
Saute for a minute or two, then add the beans and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the vegetable stock and allow to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes to allow the gravy to thicken slightly.
Season if required.
Cook till the pork is thoroughly cooked.
Remove from heat and serve with steamed rice.
