Ingredients

 Minced goat meat - 500 gm.
 Egg2
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Ginger1/2 inch (Ingredients for grinding with mutton:)
 Corriander leaves1 Bunch (100gm) (Ingredients for grinding with mutton:)
 Ginger1 inch (Ingredients for grinding with mutton:)
 Garlic flakes10 (Ingredients for grinding with mutton:)
 Green chilly3 (Ingredients for grinding with mutton:)
 Chhoti Elaichi - 2
 Haldi powder- 1/2 tsp
 Jeera powder1 Teaspoon (Ingredients for grinding with mutton:)
 Dhania powder- 1 tsp
 Red Chili powder1 Teaspoon (Ingredients for grinding with mutton:)
 Garam masala powder1 Teaspoon (Ingredients for grinding with mutton:)

Directions

Grind the above written ingredients with keema (minced mutton).

In a marinating dish, transfer the above ground material.

Add egg, and butter. Marinate for 2 hours.

Make round balls of keema.

Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the keema balls till golden red.

Serve with onion rings, lemon pieces and tomato sauce.
