Mutton Chops Recipe
Mutton Chops is easy to make. The breadcrumbs gives the Mutton Chops a perfect shape and taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
| 4 thick mutton chops beaten with the back of the knife to tenderize | ||
| Garlic ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 tsp cummin seed powder | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tsp ground raw papaya | ||
| Yoghurt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 lightly beaten eggs | ||
| Breadcrumbs | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Marinate the chops with all the ingredients except eggs, breadcrumbs and oil for at least 4 to 6 hours.
Dip the chops in eggs then pat them on either side with breadcrumbs, dribble oil on both sides.
Place the chops on a flat serving dish, the bones on the inside and the flesh on the outside and microwave for 20-30 minutes, or until the chops are tender, turning them over once in between.
