Ingredients

 4 thick mutton chops beaten with the back of the knife to tenderize
 Garlic ginger1 Teaspoon
 Chilli powder1 Teaspoon
 1/2 tsp cummin seed powder
 Worcestershire sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 1 tsp ground raw papaya
 Yoghurt1 Tablespoon
 2 lightly beaten eggs
 Breadcrumbs4 Teaspoon
 Oil4 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Marinate the chops with all the ingredients except eggs, breadcrumbs and oil for at least 4 to 6 hours.
Dip the chops in eggs then pat them on either side with breadcrumbs, dribble oil on both sides.
Place the chops on a flat serving dish, the bones on the inside and the flesh on the outside and microwave for 20-30 minutes, or until the chops are tender, turning them over once in between.
