Mutton With Mixed Bhaji Recipe
Ingredients
| Mutton | 500 Gram (For 8) | |
| Amaranth 3 bunches (420 gm.) | ||
| Spinach 2 bunches (200 gm.) | ||
| Fenugreek leaves 1 bunch (135 gm.) | ||
| Dil leaves 1 bunch (80 gm.) | ||
| Chuka leaves 1 bunch (45 gm.) | ||
| Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp. (2 gm.) | ||
| Fat | 50 Gram (For 8) | |
| Ginger 2.5 cm. (1") piece (10 gm.) | ||
| Garlic 7-8 flakes (8 gm.) | ||
| Salt | To Taste (For 8) | |
| Onions | 200 Gram (For 8) | |
| Turmeric 1 tsp. (3 gm.} | ||
| Coriander-cumin powder 1 tsp. (3 gm.) | ||
| Green chillies | 6 (For 8) | |
| Coriander leaves 1 bunch (100 gm.) | ||
Directions
1. Wash and cut the mutton into pieces. Wash and chop the different types of leaves.
2. Slice onions; grind the ginger, garlic and . green chillies.
3. Heat fat, fry three-fourths of the sliced onions to a golden brown.
4. Add mutton, ground spices, chopped leaves, sliced raw,onions, salt and all the powdered spices.
5. Keep on stirring till the mixture dries up. Then add sufficient water to cook meat. When meat is well cooked, stir well and remove.
6. Serve hot with chapaties or bread.
