Lamb 500gms
 
Garam masala 3/4 tsp
 
Garlic paste 1 tsp
 
Raw Papaya paste 1 tbsp
 
Ginger paste 1 tsp
 
Cashew nut 2 tbsp
 
Thick Cream 2 tsp
 
Onion 2 medium
 
Rock Salt 2 tbsp
 
Carom Seeds
 
Thyme 2 tsp
 
Dried Mango
 
Powder 2 tsp
 
Cumin Seed 3 tbsp
 
Dry Ginger 1 tbsp
 
Black Pepper 1 tsp
 
Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
 
Brown food color if desired

Directions

Clean the minced meat and strain.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients to the minced meat and knead well to form firm dough.
Keep aside for I hour.
Now shape the dough into balls with your fingers.
Heat the oven or the skewer and place a ball of meat on the skewer and carefully flatten along the length.
Repeat the process on all the skewers.
Now place the skewers into the oven, rotating occasionally.
As a golden brown layer forms on the meat mixture, remove from oven and take out on a plate.
Shallow fry the kebabs in 2 tsp oil.
