Ingredients

 Maggi Coconut
 Milk powder1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Maggi Lemon
 Masala Cubes 3, crumbled
 Cinnamon1 Inch
 Cloves12
 Whole Red Chillies 6
 Turmeric powder1 Teaspoon
 Onions 2, finely chopped
 Galangal (type of ginger) 3" piece, finely chopped
 Garlic 8 cloves, finely chopped
 Mutton 1 kg boneless, cubed
 Salt To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, dissolve Maggi Coconut Milk Powder in 3 cups warm water and make the coconut powder.
2)In a mixer, grind cinnamon, cloves, red chillies and turmeric powder coarsely.
3)Heat a pan and pour in the coconut milk.
4)Add in chopped onions, galangal, garlic, the coarsely ground spices, mutton, Maggi Lemon Masala Cubes and salt to taste.
5)Allow it to boil. Cover and cook till done.
6)Open the cover and cook till dry on medium flame.

SERVING
7)Serve hot.
