Mutton Khorma Recipe
Ingredients
| Mutton | 500 Gram (For 4) | |
| Coconut | 30 Gram (For 4) | |
| Onions | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Ginger | 5 Gram (For 4) | |
| Garlic a few flakes | ||
| Red chillies | 5 Gram (For 4) | |
| Curds | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Coriander powder | 15 Gram (For 4) | |
| Poppy seeds | 10 Gram (For 4) | |
| Green chillies | 2 (For 4) | |
| Cinnamon | 2 Gram (For 4) | |
| Cloves | 2 Gram (For 4) | |
| Peppercorns | 2 Gram (For 4) | |
| Cardamoms | 2 Gram (For 4) | |
| Fat | 50 Gram (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Wash and cut meat.
2. Soak in curds for half an hour.
3. Grind together poppy seeds dry coconut, garlic, ginger, coriander powder, red chillies (seeds removed), green chillies and half the onions.
4. Heat fat, fry remaining sliced onions.
5. Add ground spices and meat. Fry for about 15 minutes.
6. Add remaining curds and tepid water and cook till meat is tender.
7. Add roasted and powdered cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns and cardamoms.
8. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes more and serve hot.
