Mutabiq Paratha Recipe
Its a easy and quick recipe. When any guest come at home and in a short time sereve food its quickly prepare.

Ingredients
(1)- Egg1-2 ( Beaten). {ALL THESE ITEMS FOR FILLING}
(2) - Spring onion 2 ( Chopped).
(3) - Carrot 1-2 ( Chopped) .
(4) - Peas 2 tbsp ( Boiled and pressed).
(5) - A Piece of Cauloflower ( Chopped).
(6) - Green Chilli 2 ( chopped).
(7) - Few Coriender laeves ( Chopped).
(8) - Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp.
(9) - Salt according to taste.
For dow ( Bread ). ---
(10) - Wheat flour 1 cup
(11) - A Pinch of salt & 1 tbsp. oil add and add water perpare dow for bread
(12 - Ghee or Oil for frying.
Directions
All the chopped vegetable , salt pepper and egg mix in a bowl prepare a mixtre.
Make 2 dows and beaten it , it becomes in the shape of bread.
Heat the flat pan on megium flame, First put one bread on the pan and spreead 3-4 tbsp. mixture spread very well on it iand cover with another bread , fry it medium flame adding some oil or Ghee . At the time of frying it pressed lightly by a flat spoon. Now it will be a crispy parath, the paratha serve with raita.
