Mustardy Ham Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 small gammon joint about 450-675 g/1-1/2 lbs, cut into cubes | ||
| 2 cooked corn cobs, cut into 2.5 cm/1 inch pieces | ||
| 300 g/10 oz mushrooms | ||
| Marinade | ||
| 1 tbsp Colman's Powder Mustard | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In oiled skewers, thread the cubed gammon, corn pieces, and mushrooms.
2) In a shallow dish arrange the skewers.
3) Combine the marinade ingredients, mix well, and pour over the kebabs.
4) Grill until kebabs are tender.
SERVING
5) Serve warm with chutney.
