Ingredients

 1 small gammon joint about 450-675 g/1-1/2 lbs, cut into cubes
 2 cooked corn cobs, cut into 2.5 cm/1 inch pieces
 300 g/10 oz mushrooms
 Marinade
 1 tbsp Colman's Powder Mustard
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, finely chopped

Directions

MAKING
1) In oiled skewers, thread the cubed gammon, corn pieces, and mushrooms.
2) In a shallow dish arrange the skewers.
3) Combine the marinade ingredients, mix well, and pour over the kebabs.
4) Grill until kebabs are tender.

SERVING
5) Serve warm with chutney.
