 Butter3 Tablespoon
 2 cups green cabbage, minced
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Chicken broth1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce2 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In a casserole dish, melt butter.
Without browning, cook cabbage, garlic and onion 4 minutes or so, stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Cover.
Continue cooking until cabbage is tender.
