Mustard-Tarragon Mayonnaise Recipe

| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tarragon leaves | 1 Tablespoon, crushed | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tablespoons lemon juice or wine vinegar | ||
| 1 1/2 cups salad oil or olive oil | ||
Directions
Put egg yolks and remaining ingredients except oil in blender or bowl.
Beating slowly, begin adding oil drop by drop and then in a slow, steady stream until the mixture thickens and becomes fluffy.
