Directions
1. In a pan, melt butter.
2. Add flour till it blends well.
3. Add stock and cook it till it thickens. Keep stirring it continuously.
4. Add salt, pepper and mustard.
SERVING
5. Serve Mustard Sauce with sliced corned beef or hot ham.
