Mustard Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |

| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Celery seeds | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Cubed cooked potatoes | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
| Hard cooked eggs | 5 , diced | |
| Chopped onion | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Radicchio leaves/Lettuce leaves | 4 |
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients, mix well.
Combine potatoes, eggs, onion, and mayonnaise mixture, toss gently.
Chill.
Garnish with radicchio or lettuce leaves, if desired.
