Ingredients

 Milk1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Mayonnaise3 Tablespoon
 Prepared mustard1 Tablespoon
 Celery seeds1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Pepper white1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Cubed cooked potatoes4 Cup (64 tbs)
 Hard cooked eggs5 , diced
 Chopped onion1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Radicchio leaves/Lettuce leaves4

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients, mix well.
Combine potatoes, eggs, onion, and mayonnaise mixture, toss gently.
Chill.
Garnish with radicchio or lettuce leaves, if desired.
