Mustard-Marinated Steak Recipe

Ingredients
2 - pound beef bone-in chuck steak, about 3/4 inch thick
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons water
Directions
Pierce beef on both sides with fork.
Place beef in glass or plastic dish.
Mix lemon juice, oil, mustard and pepper; pour over beef.
Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, at least 4 hours.
Place beef on rack in broiler pan; reserve marinade.
Set oven control to broil and/or 550°.
Broil beef with top about 3 inches from heat until medium doneness, about 10 minutes on each side.
Heat reserved marinade and water to boiling in 1-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally; pour over beef.
Place beef in glass or plastic dish.
Mix lemon juice, oil, mustard and pepper; pour over beef.
