 4 Rock Cornish hens, thawed
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red currant jelly1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Prepared mustard2 Tablespoon

Directions

Arrange cornish hens, breast side up, in a 13x9x2 inch glass baking dish.
Tie legs together with string.
Cover ends of legs and wing tips with small pieces of aluminum foil.
Place butter in a 1-cup glass measuring cup.
Microwave 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds or until melted.
Add jelly and mustard.
Stir until jelly melts.
Brush hens with glaze.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave 28 to 32 minutes, giving dish a 1/2 turn twice during cooking.
Rearrange hens once during cooking.
Occasionally baste with glaze.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
