Ingredients

 Dijon style Mustard1/2 Cup (16 tbs), prepared
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 1/3 cup cider vmegar
 Brown sugar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tablespoon dark Oriental sesame oil
 1 tablespoon Oriental soy sauce

Directions

Whisk together prepared and dry mustards in a small saucepan.
Whisk in remaining ingredients.
Simmer over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Let cool, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.
This glaze will keep, refrigerated, for 3 weeks.
