Mustard Glaze Recipe
Ingredients
| Dijon style Mustard | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), prepared | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/3 cup cider vmegar | ||
| Brown sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon dark Oriental sesame oil | ||
| 1 tablespoon Oriental soy sauce | ||
Directions
Whisk together prepared and dry mustards in a small saucepan.
Whisk in remaining ingredients.
Simmer over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Let cool, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.
This glaze will keep, refrigerated, for 3 weeks.
