Mustard-Dill Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup prepared mustard, spicy or dijon
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon honey
Directions
1. Mix ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl.
2. Serve on vegetables or fish.
