Mustard Tarragon Baked Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 (6-ounce) lean center-cut loin pork chops | ||
| 3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce | ||
| Wheat germ | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
| Tarragon | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
Directions
Trim fat from chops.
Combine yogurt and Worcestershire sauce; brush on both sides of each chop.
Combine wheat germ and next 3 ingredients; dredge chops in wheat germ mixture.
Place chops on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 10 minutes on each side or until done.
