Mustard Shrimp Recipe

| Raw shrimp | 1 Pound, shelled, cleaned, washed, and dried | |
| Dijon mustard | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Lemon juice | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
When hot, add the caraway seeds and chili powder and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the shrimp, mustard, salt, and lemon juice and stir well.
Cover the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Stir the mixture well and serve with Saffron Pilaf and a green salad.
