Mustard Sauced Corn Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 10 ounce package frozen whole kernel corn
 
1 medium green or sweet red pepper, chopped
 
1/4 cup chopped onion
 
1 tablespoon water
 
2 teaspoons margarine
 
2 teaspoons prepared mustard or Dijon style mustard
 
Dash salt
 
Dash pepper

Directions

In a 1 quart casserole combine corn, green or sweet red pepper, onion, and water.
Cook, covered, on 100% power (high) for 6 to 8 minutes (10 to 12 minutes in low wattage ovens) or till corn and onion are tender, stirring once.
Stir in margarine, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Cook, covered, on high for 1 minute more.
Stir to mix well.
