Directions

Cut cabbage into 4 wedges; cook.
Drain well.
Meanwhile, in small saucepan cook onion in butter till tender.
Blend in flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Add evaporated milk and 1/2 cup water.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in mustard and horseradish.
Spoon sauce over cabbage wedges.
Sprinkle with snipped parsley, if desired.
