Lemony Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Egg yolk | 1 , beaten | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Teaspoon |
Directions
In heavy saucepan, melt butter; stir in pepper, salt, mustard, flour, combined yolk and milk.
Cook, stirring, 5 minutes or until smooth and thickened.
Remove from heat; add lemon juice.
