Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tarragon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Ground pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup safflower or peanut oil | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except oil and whisk well.
Add oil in a thin stream and continue whisking until sauce thickens slightly.
