Ingredients

 Eggs4 standard
 1 envelope plain gelatin
 Dry mustard3/4 Tablespoon
 Whipping cream1/2 Pint
 Salt1/4 Tablespoon
 Tumeric1/2 Tablespoon
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Beat eggs in double boiler top.
Combine sugar and gelatin in separate bowl.
Stir in mustard, tumeric and salt to eggs.
Add water and vinegar to eggs.
Stir in sugar and gelatin mixture.
Cook over boiling water until slightly thickened - stirring constantly.
Cool until thickened.
When cooled, whip cream and stir in mixture.
Turn into 1-1/2 quart ring mold.
If desired, fill center of ring with cole slaw and pineapple chunks.
This mold is not really a salad but an accompaniment to ham.
