Mustard Green Soup Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 lb. pork butt
Marinade:
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 cups water
1/2 cup shredded fresh mustard greens
1/2 cup shredded canned bamboo shoots, drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
Directions
Slice pork into thin strips.
Shred strips with a cleaver.
Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
Add pork shreds; mix well.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Combine chicken broth and 4 cups water in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium.
Add mustard greens and bamboo shoots.
Boil 5 minutes.
Add pork shreds with marinade.
Cook 2 minutes longer.
Stir in salt, sesame oil and green onion.
