Mustard Glazed Ham Ring Recipe
In my opinion to call yourself a chef one must have personal recipe of mustard glazed ham ring, just like I do. The primary ingredient in this is meat meatloaf. You will definitely come back and thank me for sharing this mustard glazed ham ring recipe.
Ingredients
3 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs
1/2 cup tomato juice
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 pounds ground ham
1 pound ground pork
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
In mixing bowl combine eggs, cracker crumbs, tomato juice, onion, horseradish, salt, and pepper.
Add ham and pork; mix well.
Place a custard cup in center of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
Form ham mixture into ring around custard cup.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 30 to 35 minutes or till done, giving dish half turn twice.
Drain off juices.
Combine brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard; spoon over ham ring.
Cook at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 2 minutes.
Spoon any glaze in dish over ring.
Add ham and pork; mix well.
