Directions

Night Before
In a medium bowl, mix together chicken,
cumin, paprika, mustard and a pinch of salt.
Thread vegetables and chicken onto metal
skewers, alternating meat and vegetables.
Place in a plastic container, cover and
refrigerate overnight.
Game day
Prepare grill for medium high heat. Lightly
brush skewers with a small amount of olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill until chicken
is cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
