Mustard Dill Sauce Using White-Wine Vinegar Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard | ||
| Wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 cup chopped dill or 1-1/2 teaspoons dill weed | ||
| Light olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine mustard, vinegar, sugar and dill.
Process several seconds to blend.
With machine running, slowly add oil until mixture is blended and thickens slightly
