Ingredients

 Dry white wine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion, white portion only
 Whipping cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 to 4 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper white1

Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine wine and green onion.
Bring to a simmer; simmer 5 minutes or until liquid reduces to 2 tablespoons.
Watch carefully, stirring occasionally, to prevent burning.
Stir in cream; simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce reduces to 3/4 cup.
Whisk in mustard; season with salt and white pepper to taste.
