Mustard Cream Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Dry white wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion, white portion only | ||
| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 to 4 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper white | 1 | |
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine wine and green onion.
Bring to a simmer; simmer 5 minutes or until liquid reduces to 2 tablespoons.
Watch carefully, stirring occasionally, to prevent burning.
Stir in cream; simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce reduces to 3/4 cup.
Whisk in mustard; season with salt and white pepper to taste.
