Ingredients

 Seasoning mix
 Dry mustard2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 1 1/2 teaspoons dried sweet basil leaves
 Garlic powder1 Teaspoon
 Sweet paprika3/4 Teaspoon
 Onion powder3/4 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper white3/4 Teaspoon
 Creamy dressing
 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
 3 ounces evaporated skim milk
 2 tablespoons Creole or brown mustard
 Lemon juice1 1/2 Tablespoon
 1 1/2 pounds cooked crawfish tail meat
 Green onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced

Directions

Combine the seasoning mix ingredients in a small bowl.
Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of this mixture over the crawfish and mix it in.
Combine the dressing ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
Place the crawfish, remaining seasoning mix, and green onions in a large bowl, add the dressing, and gently fold together until completely blended.
Chill until ready to serve.
