Mustard Crawfish Recipe

| Onion powder | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Creamy dressing | ||
| 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese | ||
| 3 ounces evaporated skim milk | ||
| 2 tablespoons Creole or brown mustard | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 1/2 pounds cooked crawfish tail meat | ||
| Green onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
Directions
Combine the seasoning mix ingredients in a small bowl.
Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of this mixture over the crawfish and mix it in.
Combine the dressing ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
Place the crawfish, remaining seasoning mix, and green onions in a large bowl, add the dressing, and gently fold together until completely blended.
Chill until ready to serve.
