Spicy Mustard Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste |

MAKING
1. Cream butter with dijon mustard, lemon juice, clove garlic, salt and ground pepper until fluffy
SERVING
2. Serve at room temperature and spread over steaks and hamburgers when required
