Mustard Brushed Bologna Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard | ||
| Snipped parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 1 pound chunk bologna, cut into 1-inch cubes | ||
| Pineapple chunks | 1 13 1/4 Ounce, drained | |
Directions
Combine margarine, mustard, parsley, lemon juice, and pepper.
Thread bologna cubes on skewers alternately with pineapple chunks.
Brush with mustard mixture.
Grill over medium coals, turning frequently till heated through, 8 to 10 minutes.
