Mustard Broiled Swordfish With Fresh Dill Recipe
Ingredients
| Swordfish | 2 1 Pound | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| 3 tablespoons coarse-grained mustard | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Finely chopped fresh dill for garnish | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Preheat oven to Broil.
Sprinkle swordfish steaks with salt and pepper on both sides, then brush both sides with mustard.
Cover bottom of baking dish with melted butter; place steaks in dish and broil 4 to 5 minutes.
Turn steaks and broil 4 to 5 minutes more.
Do not overcook or fish will become dry.
Cut steaks in half, sprinkle with fresh dill, and serve.
