Mustard Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Instant minced onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Yellow wax beans | 1 Can (10oz) |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except beans.
Bring to boiling point, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Add beans, simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Cool.
Refrigerate in covered jar or bowl overnight.
